Seniors to Adopt
Our Seniors Need You Too
Yes, Pup Squad focuses on puppies and their mommas. However, since we’ve been operating since 2008, we also have Seniors. These are awesome dogs who, for one reason or another, are looking for their forever homes. And, while puppies are cute and cuddly and we love them, there are lots of reasons to consider an older dog like one of these.

Bronx
Bronx was adopted as a young dog and came back to Pup Squad after he was abandoned. Bronx is a champion pillow fort builder, he loves to burrow into piles of pillows, cushions, dog beds..you name it. His favorite things include chewing on big bones, sun bathing and having his back scratched.

Ruby
Ruby was adopted as a pup and returned to Pup Squad in early 2020. She’s an absolute doll. Gentle, loving, affectionate and tons of fun. She gets along well with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash and has beautiful manners.

Lumpy
Lumpy is a pretty low-key older gentleman. Sadly, he was found wandering in a known dumping ground out near LaGrange.
Lumpy enjoys handing in the yard, chewing bones, food and treat… and being with his human. He also enjoys short walks and long naps.
Lumpy is ambivalent about other dogs as long they don’t try to take his bones. His interest in cats is not good for the cats in question.
Lumpy got his name because he is, well, lumpy. He did have one large benign tumor removed right after we found him and the smaller lumps are checked regularly and pose no issue.
