Volunteer Waiver
Please fill out attached volunteer waiver and either email it to PupSquadVolunteers@gmail.com or print and bring it to your first day volunteering with us.
If you are under 18 years old, we do need you to have a parent sign the waiver. We do have an age limit of 16 years old to be able to volunteer with us and we do wish we could lower the limit but we have to do it for safety reasons. If you are under the age of 16 and have an adult that can come and volunteer with you, we are happy to allow that!
