About Barkitecture Houston
Barkitecture Houston, entering its eighth year, celebrates the ingenuity and creativity of the Houston community while raising much needed funds for Pup Squad Animal Rescue. Local designers, architects, artists, companies and other groups design and build amazing dog houses. These houses are then donated to Barkitecture Houston where they are auctioned off to benefit Pup Squad.
Barkitecture weekend starts Friday night with Yappy Hour and continues all day Saturday.
Barkitecture is a festival focused on dogs with food, music and lots of fun activities for the entire family.
Yappy Hour will feature live music, delicious bites and a singature cocktail.
Saturday’s activities include the annual “Best in Show” and Kids Choice contest, dog grooming salon, a kidz zone, doggy Halloween costume contest, live music, shopping and great food. Join the Fun!
