Pup Squad Animal Rescue works hard to find the perfect home for all the dogs and cats in our care. Our adoption process is as follows:

1) All applicants must complete an Adoption Application first. Click here to download the form in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat. Save it to your computer, fill it out, and then email it to adoption@pupsquad.org.

2) After receiving your application, we will contact you to discuss your current situation and which pet you are interested in adopting.

3) After discussion, we will determine if we think this could be a potential good match. If so, we can arrange a time for you to meet your prospective new family member.

4) Upon agreement by all parties, sign adoption contract and pay the adoption fee for your newest family member. The adoption fee is $120. This includes vaccinations and surgery for spay/neuter of each animal.
